The NESA portal may contain content in its Schools and Library that is created by various worldwide volunteer faculty members, fellows, affiliates, administration, and other volunteers garnered through a variety of sources both internal and external to NESA, including but not limited to its affiliates, faculty members and fellows, etc. NESA does not control, oversee or guarantee the content contained in any sites or information contained in links to other external portals; and does not endorse any views expressed or products or services offered therein. All faculty members, fellows, staff and affiliates are responsible for their own content that they have created and / or recorded on their own (by their own means) and subsequently submitted to NESA for educational and entertainment purposes together with complimentary Schools’ Resources section and greater, free Library – including any educational course platforms on this website.

Any course modules and/or workshops (live and/or recorded video replays provided to the NESA student body for tuition or otherwise) are hosted by the NewEarth Sovereignty Academy, ie, recorded, branded and/or edited by the Academy administration team and subsequently uploaded to the Sovereignty Academy website, are solely the property of the NewEarth Sovereignty Academy. Volunteer fellows, faculty members and staff who have recorded and/or edited their own personal online course modules and/or workshop content – via their own means – retain ownership of that content if that content does not have any NewEarth Sovereignty Academy branding contained within, such as the NESA logo  or NewEarth Sovereignty Academy name, etc.

In no event shall the NewEarth Sovereignty Academy be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, course or workshop curriculum, resources, products, goods or services available on or through any such site, or the NewEarth Sovereignty Academy website.
